Morning Musume 11th Gen Auditions!!! FUCK. YES!!!

OH HELLS TO THE FUCKING YES!!! Thank you, Tsunku!

Oh look, another prediction has come true...

OMFG!!! YES!!! YES!!!

My sister woke me up with this news - Actually she seems to be the one who always wakes me up with incredible news regarding Morning Musume... But she came in and asked me if I had been asleep the whole time, which I replied to 'Since 4-5am' and then proceeded to tell me that there was news on Hello! SayuNii, and then told me that 11th gen auditions had been announced! Seriously, I squealed, brought out incoherent nonsense and then probably cried - Not that she knew I cried, of course. But SERIOUSLY FUCKING HELL, I AM SO FUCKING HAPPY!!!

I can't express it any more than in capital letters and curse words! OMFG!!!

Seriously, I am so happy... When I was writing out my 2012 predictions an hopes and wishes (etc), I put that I wanted Morning Musume to bring in their 11th Generation. And I still want it, I really want it, because then it means that Morning Musume have more members, and it is going back to the way they used to be. I never experienced that Morning Musume until now, so I am, of course, deliriously happy by this news.

I can't wait for this new generation - Honestly, I want just one member to be added, but I doubt that Tsunku will do that. If anything, 2 members would be enough, because we don't need 14 members in Morning Musume (or do we...?). I know that the new members are probably going to grow up a little more now that there is only Sayumi and Reinyan, but I don't think that they could handle more younger members (unless another surprise 16 year old appears). Anyway, I am hoping for one or two members... Namely Cuca (Youtube dancer) and probably Karin. But I am actually still holding out for Karin to become a soloist, so yeah... xD

Anyway, I am so excited about this news! What about the rest of you!?

  1. So soon... I don't know what to think about this! I'm not all that excited to be honest... but I'm glad we're finally returning to frequent member additions. I honestly think that Momusu's biggest mistake was that they waited for years before they added the 9th generation, and I think they're now learning from that mistake.

That reminds me, it shouldn't be long until Mizuki is leader. O_O Whoa...

    1. Ah, I expect that a lot of people aren't excited, I know that a few are a bit unsure, and some are angry at this... but everyone's different. Also, I like how you see it. I never saw it that way, how the mistake was to stop the constant change, but now that you have said it, it does seem like their downfall.

And yeah, that is a weird thing to think about... Mizuki as a leader... XD

  2. It's kind of soon but I got really excited about it when I first saw about it on the official HP website. I been wanting to audition for MoMusu since the 9th generation audition but my problem is that I can't really go to Japan on a regular basis if I ever pass the first round so I never auditioned.

    1. I know! And honestly, I think that it is a good time - I did want it to happen, and it's happening XD SO I am over excited by it :) And that is sad! If you ever did get to audition, I would root for you - I'd root for anyone who was able to audition! Sadly, I can't, as I turn 20 this year XD

    2. I just auditioned online actually lol. Theres this part where you have take like 5 pictures of yourself and it really frustrated me when it said the files were too big. I feel embarrassed because I was desperate to find a pic that's smaller than 1 MB so I chose a picture of myself eating teriyaki lol. Thanks! :) I kind of wish they make the age limit more older even though I'm still able to audition. They used to make it till like 21 or something.

    3. Wow, good luck! :) And kyaaa, Teriyaki >3< Me wants some now xD

It is disappointing that they want younger girls, but, it IS what the market is mostly looking for now. There are so many units made up of girls under the age of 18, so it is actually understandable and anyway, I don't mind :)

  3. Thanks! I want to pass the first round cause maybe I can go to Japan but at the same time, my dad complains about money so yeah...

Yeah, they usually want like 13 years olds. I feel like 15 years olds are maybe a little old and stuff. It feels like of weird for me that so many groups in my age group are debuting. I always wanted groups my age but I feel like it's too soon.

    1. Hi :)

Morning Musume auditions are NOT international, however if you live in Japan (or can get there for the auditions) then apply away, but if you have no way of getting to Japan then you might be out of luck :(

    3. If you try out then it will be awesome :) It will not only show Hello! Project that there are international fans, but also that these fans are interested in auditions - maybe it will help them to realise that they should do concerts over seas more :D

Try your best! :) Good luck!

  7. The audition period has ended, but I have no idea when they will contact anyone. I have never auditioned, sadly, so I can't really say :(
