Yet in Japan, there is no religious aspect to celebrating Christmas, though it is a popular time of the year for them, and a commercially successful one, at that. Another popular time of the winter season is also Christmas Eve, a day where couples celebrate their love of one another, and appreciate one another's company.
Yet what if, on that very Christmas Eve you hoped to celebrate with your loved one, they never came?
