Updates From The Royal Court! Gravure, Announcements and More!

It's time to reveal all that has been going on within the World of HouPri for the past month or two! Announcements galore, and some Gravure to add a bit of spice, it's time to see just what the members of Houkago Princess have been getting up to, and any future ventures members are taking. Are you ready to fill yourself up with HouPri news?

Because some announcements are never big enough to fill one entire post, I find it a little easier to put together one big hoard of announcements that have gone on with HouPri in so many months. Becuase January and February saw quite a few changes and announcements happening, this post is probably a little earlier than even I anticipated. Still, it's nice to see things happening for HouPri, especially when they seem to be pretty big announcements for the group!

As a fan, it seriously delights me, and just makes me realise how lucky I am to be following them right now. I'm also happy that I can share these great HouPri ventures with you! Hopefully, you will also find delight in this news~

A Coronation of Smiles! Houkago Princess Crown A New Class of Royalty!

On September 22nd, Houkago Princess took to the stage at Zepp Diver City in Tokyo, perform two one-man lives titled ~Twinkle~ (day performance) and ~Miracle~ (evening) respectively. It was during these very performances that Nagasawa Marina, Sekine Sasara and Kojima Mayumi held their coronation ceremony, the final step in crowning them as 'princesses' of the Regular Lineup for Houkago Princess.

Throughout the ~Twinkle~ performance, members wore their seifuku uniform, as well as newly debuted sports costumes, whilst in the evening, the members transformed into their Idol and Princess costumes. It was close to the end of the ~Miracle~ performance that the three former Candidate members were crowned, and fully initiated into the Regular Lineup along with the senior members of Houkago Princess.

It was also during the ~Miracle~ performance that the four members of Houpriyusu, Nagasawa Marina, Sekine Sasara, Kojima Mayumi and Horii Nina held their final performance together, before the three latest members were crowned. It was a heartfelt moment for the three new princesses, who were taking their steps forward whilst leaving Horii Nina behind as the sole member of Houpriyusu.

Cadets! Gravure! Graduations and Covers! Updates from the Houkago Kingdom have Arrived!

Though I no longer do my Digests, I do try my best to constantly update on Houkago Princess whenever a bundle of news comes about, and considering I've been busy with essays and University, I have not yet had the time to update you all on the recent events all the way from the Houkago Kingdom!

So, without further ado, I will be updating y'all on what has happened since Ayase Miho, Kamiya Airi and Izumi Sakura's graduations from Houkago Princess and Houpri Youth right here, to keep everyone on track! So, let's dive in and see what our Princesses have given us these past two months in news~

Introducing another Factory-Made Product, Tsubaki Factory!!!

Oh Jesus Fucking Christ.

I'm pretty sure that, by now, everyone has heard the news already:

Hello! Project has a shiny new Kenshuusei unit! Yaaaaaay!!!

So why am I feeling slightly irritated?

I doubt I need to give any introductions to this group, as I am pretty sure you all already know about them, but please say a warm hello to Tsubaki Factory, the newest in new from Hello! Project! Hand-picked and named by Shimizu Saki (why am I not surprised?), these girls are the latest group to emerge from the pool of talent that is the Kenshuusei!

Currently consisting of six members, the girls within the group are: Ogata Risa (16), Yamagishi Riko (16), Niinuma Kisora (15), Tanimoto Ami (15), Kishimoto Yumeno (15) and Asakura Kiki (14), and they will all debut as Tsubaki Factory on May 4th during the next Hello! Pro Kenshuusei live concert.

... So what's the issue here?

Houkago Princess go Universal and Head to the Front of the Class with a Major Debut and more Announcements!

On February 18th 2015, during Odagiri Nana's 25th Birthday Live event, an important announcement was made regarding the group.

Finally, after three years and so many member changes, the group will have their Major Debut!

Houkago Princess will make their debut under Universal Music Japan it has been revealed, though the other details concerning their major debut, such as the time they are debuting or what their first major single will be titled, have yet to be revealed. Further announcements were also made during the live that are equally as important, making a few minor changes for the group!
