On This Star Filled Paris Night, Love Shall Surely Bloom! - Country Girls' 'Ranrarun ~Anata ni Muchuu~' PV Story-Review!

All thoughts are my own. Thanks.

I might not write as much as usual, due to my carpel tunnel syndrome acting up. My dominant hand really hurts right now, so typing and any sudden movements are painful, though tolerable. That said, I may limit what I do, which is annoying considering this week, I planned on writing a good deal... well, what can you do? Sigh~

Anywhoo... That said and done, let's (properly) start with this;

After casting a poll where I asked you guys to choose one of three PV's for me to review next, a choice was made, and now I am ready to deliver unto you all the result - and the pic spam review itself - as voted by you! Are you ready, oh my darling?

With a majority of the votes, Country Girls' Ranrarun ~Anata ni Muchuu~ was the winner for the poll I set up in order to help me decide which video to review, and boy, what a cute PV you all wanted to see me talk about! I mean it's just adorable, right?

A cover of I've Told Every Little Star, the third and final track on Country Girls' latest single release is a cute, nostalgic tune that is sure to please a lot of people with its gentle tone and classic sound, plus the delight that is the accompanying PV. Set in a sleepy little Paris town where the moon shines bright, one does wonder what kind of love story will unfold in this pursuit for a heartfelt relationship...

If you're ready, then grab your cupids bow and aim it at the nearest cutie you see, because we're aiming big, and we're gonna let that arrow fly far. Who will you strike right in the heart today?

A Springs Fading Smile: Suzuki Kanon Announces Graduation from Morning Musume '16 and Hello! Project

Okay, so.... that happened o-O
Please bear with me, I think my 5am brain is still trying to process what the fuck is going on right now.
It's not 6am as I publish this. WOW.

Suzuki Kanon is graduating... Yeah.

Okay, so to clarify (if 'graduation' was not enough to clarify), during these wee hours of the morning (afternoon in Japan, evening of the Americas), it was announced on the official Hello! Project Website that Suzuki Kanon of Morning Musume '15 will be graduating from both the group and Hello! Project come the end of their Spring Tour, in order to work in welfare.

An official translation of the announcement has been posted through the Up-Front Link Facebook page, of which you can find here.
"Thank you for your continued support towards Hello! Project and Morning Musume。'16. Kanon Suzuki, Morning Musume。'16 member, will graduate from Morning Musume。'16 and Hello! Project at the end of Morning Musume。'16 Spring tour.
Kanon Suzuki entered Morning Musume。 as a member of the 9th generation in 2011 and then performed for more than 5 years. She reported last year “I want to study to have a work related to the welfare”. After a discussion, it came to the conclusion of graduating at the end of the Spring Concert Tour of 2016.
After her graduation she will follow another road, but I think she can take advantage of those 5 years of activities and experiences and she voluntary leaves with her own cheerfulness character and smile, and we will support her.
During the remaining time until her graduation, she will try her best more and more as a Morning Musume。’16. Please continue to support Morning Musume。’16 and Kanon Suzuki.

Zukki's own version has been published through the same link.
"I, Kanon Suzuki, will graduate from Morning Musume。’16 and Hello! Project at the end of the Morning Musume。’16 Spring Tour.
After I became a member, 5 years have passed, I thought about lots of things since last year about the current version of me and about my future.
During those 5 years, I have been able to meet many people as Morning Musume。, I had many experiences and I have learned many important things about living.
I became a member of Morning Musume。 I admired since I was small, and I believe through our activities we made many people smiled with our songs and performances. I do not know how far those feelings reached everyone but I really tried my best at the fullest.
Since last year I seriously thought about my future, and since I was really small I thought "I want to help people" so from now on, what can I do? Every activities as Morning Musume。was meaningful and fun, and during one of them, the event "SATOYAMA movement", "SATOUMI movement", I have been in contact with people with a beautiful smile and I thought little by little it would be great if I can do the same work.
There are many forms of "Being helpful to people"... but from now on, I feel strongly that I want to help people in another way, I want to make people smile, I want to make them happy. For this first step, I decided "I want a work related to the welfare" to go towards to my dream.
For that reason, as a human I have to experience and study various things.
Not as "Kanon Suzuki from Morning Musume。", but as "Kanon Suzuki", in order to live this life, I have decided to graduate to fulfill my new dream.
I will continue Morning Musume。 activities to make those activities nourish me, also to cherish the time as Morning Musume。 and to not forget the feeling of gratitude I receive from everyone.
Thank you for Morning Musume。'16 and for Kanon Suzuki.

... Huh.

Okay, so my immediate reaction to this was a 'what?' kind of attitude. Wide-eyed, pondering and processing it, thinking that it was no surprise and, weirdly, no tears of any sort. Then again, it is past 5am in England right now, and I am tired yet also battling many emotions from a crappy night at work; sadness has little priority here right now.

That said, it's been about a half hour since this news got out, and I'm starting to feel dread. Safe to say, I'm gonna be in tears tomorrow, because now two beloveds of mine are graduating this year, and in the God-damned Spring, no less.

Bye, semi-melted ice heart, it was good to know you beat a few times this year. I'll see you all iced and shiny this coming summer.

Really though, I'm not overly surprised that it's Zukki graduating next. Sad, yes I am, but surprised I am not, unless you count the timing, which yes, that surprises me, because I doubt any of us expected the next graduation from Morning Musume to happen this swiftly.
Hell, I don't think I've seen an MM Grad this quick since the departure of Gaki months after Ai-butt left, and even then it was a longer period between graduations with those two.

Honestly, it does suck that Zukki's leaving, but I can't really blame her, either. She's 17, for crying out loud, an age where most girls and guys begin to think about potential careers they may want to enter in the future. She's had five years with both Hello! Project and Morning Musume, allowing her a decent amount of time to gain good work ethic as well as wonderful experience in a variety of areas, and she has seen both the good and the bad sides of the Entertainment Industry. Like Riho and her peers before, after and around her, she has experienced a lot in half a decade, and now she's chosen now to be the time she wants to move on. So yeah, I don't blame her; if you ask me, she's making a good decision.
I won't lie though; I'll miss the crap out of her.

Zukki, sweet girl, was my favourite Morning Musume member, often rivaling for affection with Eripon, and at one point she had been my Top Idol. Since about a year ago things have changed and my love for Hello! Project and Morning Musume has skewed, but I will never forget the love and joy this girl brought me; she still makes me smile now, and I would totally cry if I ever had the chance to shake her hand (no chance of that now, aye?). I adore this girl, and nothing will ever stop me from adoring her, because Zukki will, forever and always, hold a place in my dark, dank heart.
For me, she is the light of the Idol World, and I will miss her to Heaven and back.

She is a very important Idol to me. Like Gaki and Eripon, Ono Erena and Ayase Miho, she is an Idol I think highly of and adore.

I'm not crying now, but I know I will eventually, because it's freakin' Zukki. She has brought me so much since becoming an Idol fan, and I do know that, come her Graduation Day, I might just be a blubbering wreck, because for a very long time she was #1 in my heart.

I'm numb now, and I feel turmoil. I think the news is finally sinking in properly, and I am grasping what it all truly means. Tomorrow I will feel worse, but I know that Graduations happen, and that they are there for a reason. Zukki needs to move on, and honestly, I do too. I will always love her, but I do accept her departure. It is what I can do as a fan, as well as to continue supporting Morning Musume '16 here on out once she has left us for good.

Zukki is beautiful, and Zukki is strong. She's put up with so much, and now she will take her final path with Morning Musume '16. For five years now, Suzuki Kanon has graced us with her smile, her talent and her beauty, and for the future, she will continue to grace others with all of these things, continuously working in high spirits and a full smile.

But, until that day arrives, let's all simply treasure the time we have with Zukki. Sure, it'll be bittersweet, but at least we have the comfort of knowing that her Graduation won't feel rushed or sudden in any way. For all us Zukki fans, we will at least be able to watch over her for just a little bit longer.

Until next time.

Tamura Meimi to Graduate ANGERME and Hello! Project

Today on December 20th 2015, during their Christmas event, ANGERME's Tamura Meimi announced her graduation from both the group and Hello! Project this coming Spring 2016.

The translated announcement regarding Meimi's graduation was posted via the UP-FRONT LINK Facebook page today.

To everyone who support us

I, Meimi Tamura, will graduate from ANGERME and Hello! Project during 2016 spring.

I have been a Hello! Project idol for 4 years and a half, since I became S/mileage. This year, I have been able to do this hall tour, and perform successfully 2 times as 9 members at the Nippon Budokan. Fukuda Kanon-san also graduated and we have welcomed a new member so this year was really full.

With all of this, I want to follow my own challenge! This feeling became little by little stronger.
And during ANGERME’s activities, many people told me they like when I sing, and every time I heard those words, I thought about always singing.

Then, about one of my other dreams… I would like to be a musical actress. After this nice dream realized of becoming a S/mileage member, I would like to have a new start and fulfill this new dream.

I am anxious about some points, but I made this decision thanks to all the fans.

S/mileage grew up as ANGERME. As ANGERME’s member, I have been proud that I performed as a Hello! Project idol.

I will cherish the remaining time I have as an ANGERME’s member and I will continue to try my best harder than ever!

Please continue to support ANGERME, as well as Meimi Tamura!

----

I woke up to this announcement, like I do most announcements, it seems, and I was really... surprised, but not upset about it, either. In fact, I was more shocked by Riho's announcement, though I understand why Riho is leaving. With Meimi? I don't understand it, though I kind of get it, however I feel like I should be more surprised, as well as saddened, by her desire to graduate.

Yet I am not.
It will come to me in time, I'm sure, but for now I am eerily calm about all of this.

Firstly, I like Meimi, which is why I feel weird about not being saddened by this. Sure, it took me time to actually fall for ANGERME'S littlest vampire, but yes, I like her, and I do think she is one of Hello! Project's finest right now, even better than former finest, Suzuki Airi, in the vocals department. So I know once she is gone, I will miss her killer pipes that rock ANGERME's lineup.
But heeey, more lines for Kanananananana and Rikako, right?

Secondly, I am kind of... surprised it was her, actually, because as many have already said, if anyone were to go next from ANGERME or H!P at all, you would have thought it would Dawa, or maybe C-ute as a whole. But nope. Meimi.
And hoo boy has this shaken the fandom a little, if not a lot.

Meimi is a universal favourite. She is loved by not only the Japanese fans, but also the Western fans, too. She's one of those rarities where everyone fuckin' loves her, so for a lot of us Western fans, this has hit them pretty damn hard, and from what I have seen, they are not recoiling from this announcement that well, because again, she is loved by almost everyone for her killer vocals, cute looks, stellar stage presence and crazy good acting skills. Basically, she is ANGERME perfection, and she's just broke about a million and more hearts because of this announcement.

That said...

With her reason for leaving, I actually feel pretty good about it. Meimi wants to pursue a career in stage and musicals, and honestly, why the heck not? As my friend Kei said, that was where she started, and honestly, it's better than her saying she wants to lead a 'normal life' or to 'focus on her studies', which in the world of idols, almost never actually happens unless it's the case of former S/mileage members Maeda Yuuka and Ogawa Saki. So, if she does happen to get her leg up in the musical career, then awesome!

And, with her having being a part of H!P, Meimi actually has a pretty good chance at achieving this, considering most of the H!P OG's are still able to get roles in musicals, thanks to Up-Front  actually having their fingers in theatrical pies... (example; Gaki, Yossie, Koharu, Ai, etc...)
So, yeah, I do have confidence in the fact that Meimi can achieve this and become successful in it, because she is fabulous, as well as extremely talented in that field.

Basically, despite her graduating, I feel rather happy that she is pursuing something she is good at, and that she already clearly loves.

I know that, for many, Meimi's tenure of around 4 years is a short one, however for many idols in the industry it is this point in their career that they leave, because they have had their experience in a field they desired, and now that experience has been met, they want to pursue other things and try to head into the career they have always desired. For Meimi, it is clear that being an Idol, though fun and certainly a great experience for her as not only a member of ANGERME, but one of Hello! Projects best, has had its run, and now it is time to put her foot in other doors.

Meimi is 17 years old now, an age where she will start to think seriously about her future, as well as the perfect time in her life to go after something she wants the most. I know, she may seem too young to go after that sort of thing, however after gaining this much experience in singing, on stage, acting in musicals and more, this is a great time for Meimi to go after her dreams and make them a reality. Being young and doing this is not a bad thing, in fact it can benefit Meimi greatly, for she will still be willing to learn more, allowing herself to grow and prosper and to become an even better actress in the long run.

When it comes to her actual graduation date, there is no doubt I will be saddened by her departure, however I do think that this will be a positive step for Meimi, too. Being one of H!P's best centers, as well as one of their greatest vocalists of all time, this must have been a hard decision to make, but it was one she has clearly thought about for a while now, and with so many graduations happening already, of course it would spur her decision on a little more.

It's fine to feel sad, it is fine to feel like your heart has been broken by this news, and it is okay to want her to stay, because she was the oshi and love of many, and I understand that, but for me, I see it like this;

This is a step towards a dream of hers, and though many do not want Meimi to graduate this coming spring, it is a step that she needs to make to fulfill another dream of hers. First, she became a member of S/mileage after admiring them when they performed together in the Shugo Chara stage play, and she followed her dreams by auditioning for them, and ultimately becoming one of their leading ladies. Now, she is following her other dream and pursuing a career in musical acting, and there is no doubt that Tamura Meimi, a girl who actively follows her dreams with full force until they are realised, will make this dream a reality as well.

Until next time everyone, please stay happy and healthy, and keep on loving your idols.

Much Love,
Chiima~

What in the Fiddlesticks...? Country Girls Obtain New Members!

... Huh!?

Note: This is pretty much a post written straight after hearing this news, meaning that it contains all thoughts I had during this point in time. I apologise if the structure is mucked up, however if you find what is written here annoying, I will not apologise, because whilst my opinion may be annoying, it's not yours to change. Ta, duck.

After the sudden graduation announcement of Sayashi Riho from Morning Musume '15, I admit that I did not expect Hello! Pro to come out with anything else announcement-wise, or at least, anything that would be surprising or even unneeded. Then again, this is Hello! Project we're talking about! They like surprising us, especially with the unnecessary.

Le Sigh.

(Left: Funaki Musubu Right: Yanagawa Nanami)

It was announced mere hours ago that, for some reason, Country Girls now have two brand new members plucked from the Kenshuusei nest! Meet Funaki Musubu and Yanagawa Nanami, both 13 years of age and ready to bring some life and cheer to the clearly lifeless and stagnant 5nin Country Girls.
If y'all haven't noticed, I'm dripping with sarcasm right now, and that's probably because I'm not really that enthralled by this new piece of news.

Seriously, why and how did this come about? I mean, it wasn't like UFP or H!P were hinting at these girls debuting, let alone giving us any inkling as to whether or not Country Girls as a whole would change. I mean, I thought they were doing fine as 5nin, unless this is some weird plan to change the roster with every single release? Who knows, that may be the aim for CG at this point.

Either way, this news is pretty sudden, and it definitely raised eyebrows, at least, it did mine.

That said, I am not saying that this is a bad thing, I'm just saying that it's not what I, maybe others too, expected to happen, especially not so close to Nyon's graduation or so soon after Riho's recent graduation announcement. Then again, UFP are the type to try and throw a good thing one way when a bad thing happens another way.
Well, regardless, this isn't a bad thing, per say!

I'm pretty sure this news has made a lot of the fans happy, especially those who follow the Kenshuusei programme and wish for their girls to debut soon, and yeah, I am happy that these girls have debuted! It's just that I kinda wish UFP or H!P would notify a 'surprise' during the next concert, at least, because then we can be prepared before we're thrown a surprise bone of sorts.

No matter what though, this is a decision that seems to have made a lot of fans rather pleased, and one decision that I hope turns out good for H!P and Country Girls as a whole. For myself however, I'm still surprised and taken aback by it, but I guess I'll get used to the idea of 7-nin Country Girls once the next single rolls around.

... And now, for the conspiracy theories that Momoko is leaving! Which wouldn't be surprising really, cause, like, she's old! Plus her contract'll run out eventually, right~?

Anyway, that's all I have to say for now on this topic. If I have time, I may even write a follow-up post, who knows? Doubtful, yet possible.

Until next time however, please take care, love Idols and stay healthy and happy!

Much Love,
Chiima~

I'm Sorry For This Explosion of Cuteness! Country Girls' 'Itoshikute Gomen ne' PV Review!

Beyond this wall of text, beneath the images and upon the hills far away, opinions are abundant, but they are also yours, and yours only. You do not have to like the opinions of others, nor do you have to think that, because they say this and that, you must conform to that opinion. However, in order to live in harmony, one must accept the views of others, and one must not insist that another person conform to what they think. So, dear reader, please remember; you won't always agree with what is said here, but that is okay, because I respect your views, and I hope that you respect mine. Opinions, they are great, but when they are forced upon you and it is expected for you to think the same way, then it is bad, for your freedom to think, it has been taken away...

Okay, that's a wall of disclaimer text ._.

IT'S TIME TO TALK ABOUT A PV 8U

I wanna spend more time to be with you...
I wanna see you soon cause I love you~

UFP are nearly getting there with their English game, aren't they? Yes. Yes, they are!

Okay, so, this PV Review is a tad late, I know, it's a couple damn months late but I've been flooded with essays and hand-in dates for the past few months, so I really haven't had the time to blog or even have a life much, to some degree, hence the extraordinary lack of posts here. Still, regardless of that, I did want to actually review and picture spam the heck out of the first Country Girls MV here, because, why not? It's cute, and it struck me.

It struck me like Lightning.

Also, I really like it, and for the first time in a while, I felt like a H!P PV was actually worth screencapping the shit out of. So, that's why we're here, to bask in adorable glory, and to look upon the sweetness that is Country Girls and their debut Music Video, Itoshikute Gomen ne.

Though, why they're apologising for being adorable is beyond me, because I really don't mind; in fact, I would love even more adorbs! But, what we have here, it's a lovely amount, so it'll have to do!

So, without further delay, let's delve into the absolute cuteness that is Country Girls' Itoshikute Gomen ne, where the girls will apologise for nature's doing, but continue to be adorable no matter what! And with that said, are you ready to accept their apologies on behalf of the fandom? If so, then let's get right into it, and bask in their adorable, apologetic persona's!

I'm sorry... for shamelessly apologising for being this cute! Forgive me, Nyan?

☆~Haulage Time~☆ Idol Goods GET!!!

I typically don't do Haul-related posts here, I never seem to find the time to post the pictures or talk about what I have hauled, but once in a while, it is nice to want to show what Idol products I am hauling, and who I am liking currently, especially if the Idol(s) in question aren't always linked to the Hello! Project boat I row most of the time.

And, because my recent haul is something that I was really excited to get the second I returned home for a visit, I thought that I would do a Haulage post and show the goods that I have recently bought!

In truth, though, this is also a tribute post to the recently deactivated Konno's Story; Konno was pretty active in his Haul posts, showing the CD's he bought and the groups that he supported, and whilst I will never do my posts as he did is, I wanted to do this in memory of his blog, because I really loved it. I miss Konno and what he provided to the Idol community, and do hope that he one day returns. So, if you read this Konno, this is for you. You are dearly missed here.

Anyways, without furthe ado, we shall get into the Haulage! Time to look at some Idol GET!!!

Okay, so upon returning home, I was met with these two beauties; CDJapan packages! MUAHAHAHA! A majority of my CD's come from CDJapan, though I do sometimes buy through Yahoo Japan Auctions via a third-party person. I have yet to attempt HMV Japan or YesAsia, and any others that come to mind, but so far CDJapan have done well for the past, what, four years since I've used them?

Yeah, I'm a dedicated customer, what can ya do? :P

Okay, time to shut up and open: THE FIRST BOX!!!

Introducing another Factory-Made Product, Tsubaki Factory!!!

All thoughts and opinions, and rants, are my own. Y'all have been warned. THANKS!

Oh Jesus Fucking Christ.

I'm pretty sure that, by now, everyone has heard the news already:

Hello! Project has a shiny new Kenshuusei unit! Yaaaaaay!!!

So why am I feeling slightly irritated?

I doubt I need to give any introductions to this group, as I am pretty sure you all already know about them, but please say a warm hello to Tsubaki Factory, the newest in new from Hello! Project! Hand-picked and named by Shimizu Saki (why am I not surprised?), these girls are the latest group to emerge from the pool of talent that is the Kenshuusei!

Currently consisting of six members, the girls within the group are: Ogata Risa (16), Yamagishi Riko (16), Niinuma Kisora (15), Tanimoto Ami (15), Kishimoto Yumeno (15) and Asakura Kiki (14), and they will all debut as Tsubaki Factory on May 4th during the next Hello! Pro Kenshuusei live concert.

... So what's the issue here?

S/mileage No More, but instead: ANGERME! The Angriest of Angels Tears!

All thoughts and opinions are my own, suck it up, kinda likeI have to eventually suck up the fact that this gross name is here to stay.

... Well. I think I've found my contender for the worst decision of 2014, in terms of Hello! Project decisions at least.

And here we all thought Morning Musume '14 was shit. Yeah!

So finally, after many many months of speculation and waiting, S/mileage have officially changed their name to ANGERME. According to various sources the meaning behind the name is actually 'Angels Tears' in French (ange + larme), and when put together we have ANGERME.

Except, it looks more like ANGER ME!!!! than it does Angel Tears, and honestly, it looks really ugly as a name. It's not sweet or girly, or elegant and gentle like the name Angel/Ange suggests. It just sounds and looks... well, gross. It really doesn't suit the image the image of S/mileage, not unless they suddenly became a heavy metal band or something...

and, given that they are apparently releasing a song titled 'Revenge of the Maiden', maybe they are going heavy metal!? That'd be cool, though a good chunk of the members wouldn't suit that style of tune... still, though. It would work with the new group name, at least!

But yeah, that name isn't attractive and honestly, I will forever think of it as an angry notion to being angry rather than a group name, I believe. That said, the way the title is styled is totally different; it reminds me of Final Fantasy in how it looks! Actually no matter what the name is with that style of writing and the tiny wing logo, it looks pretty appealing in its own way, but only because of the font and how professional it looks. Still, the actual name itself, that's gross beyond compare.

By the way, according to reports the name was suggested by Gorilla-chan, our dear Nakanishi Kana. Girl, I am disappointed XD

Honestly, I can't get over how... well, how overly bad this is! I'm either laughing at it or lamenting the name change. No matter what though, this is quite possibly the worst decision of 2014 in terms of all decisions made, and honestly, I thought the decision to shuffle some random NG46 members into AKB and vice versa was a shitty decision!

Nope, H!P somehow topped that. Way to go, Hello! Pro. You dun fucked up good this time!

No matter how much you try to convince me of the meaning behind the name, I will find it ugly as fuck no matter what, for however long I feel is necessary to me. Why? Because we went from such a cute, meaningful name to something that looks and sounds ugly when written or spoken (because I will say it as it looks; ANGER ME!!!!!) so of course, I'm going to lament and whine about it. Honestly, I doubt I'll ever get used to the name, because to me this group is S/mileage no matter what.

I'm not happy with this decision, obviously, but at some point or other I will have to suck it all up and accept what has happened; that S/mileage are, literally, no more and ANGERME has officialy replaced them. No matter how much I bitch and whine, and no matter how stupid I think Hello! Project are for actually agreeing to such a god-awful name, this is what has happened and this is how we will have to view S/mileage from here on out: as ANGERME, the angriest form Angel Tears I will ever know.

Once they were S/mileage, and now they are ANGERME, the grossest name in history. Goodbye to a good name, hello to a disgusting one. Sayonara, S/mileage. Y'all be no more!

I'm going to go and cry now, because this is just ew.

Again, I am ONE person; if I had a team behind me it would be a lot easier, however this is something that I do for me, in my own free time, because I want to. I could just as easily not do this, however I do it because I want to, and I find it fun. Thank you.

Wait, it's back again!? Haven't we had one this week? Digest, You're Back Again!!!

This week, in Digest News...

ICHII SAYAKA IS A '48! But not the kind you're thinking of! Morning Musume in 'MURICA! Bad Hair Days for BK, again! NG46 to release their 9th single, FINALLY! And a 'lil bit more! Digest, are you ready for the Readers? LET'S READ!

It feels like it really wasn't that long ago since I did a Digest...

Oh wait, that's because it really hasn't been that long! Because I did one last Monday, JC >___>

Still, at least I, erm, remembered... yeah, okay I forgot it, and didn't start it until I was home and had finished my errands for the day, but HEY! I actually did it on a Fri... Saturday... >____> Whoops!

I am so useless at this, I swear XD

Still, I hope y'all enjoy it! I loved writing it this week, because it was mostly little pieces of news YAY and they were actually really good pieces of News. It's nice when that happens I think XD Not that all news isn't good, cos' it is, unless it includes the words 'Graduation' 'Wiithdrawal' or 'Disbandment'. Then it's BAD NEWS!!! RAWR!!!

Anyways, as always be sure to ctrl + f for the fun and games of easy drifting through this short, short Digest! Have fun, y'all!

Video of the Week

Aa, Subarashiki Hibi Yo by Sato no Akari

It's silly that they had to lip-synch their performance, because each girl is pretty good in their own right (even Akari, bless her terrible voiced soul) and I would have loved to hear it raw and real (Oh gawd, the innuendo's are forming in my read right now! ARGH!!!), especially given how much I kinda dislike Rina's studio vocals. Nothing against her, cos she's a Akai sweet pea, it's just her studio voice is fucking annoying to listen to. That said, I do love this song.

IT'S. SO. PRETTY!!!

... And that is really all I have to say about it right now, because I do not want to type! PEACE!

Picture of the Week

You are the definition of To Be Seen and Not Heard right now my dear, and I like it!

Reminding us all why we still love her, and that she has also grown up. A lot. Youwch!

NEWS OF THE WEEK

Hello! Project News

Morning Musume

Morning Musume '14 will be heading off to 'MURICA New York this October! This will be the first time for some of the members to go abroad! (If all of them are going, that is).

Comments:

As a fan of MoMusu, I am happy that they are venturing outside of Japan (and Paris) to hold a live! Also as a fan of MoMusu, I am fucking jealous and raging that they decided not to come to England, but really, we fans can't have everything, can we?

Let's just hope that they plan to go to Spain/Amsterdam/England/Brazil/Bulgaria/Germany at some point, and any other countries I have not mentioned!

Ikuta Erina will hold a Fan Club Event on July 7th.

Comments:

It isn't 'Birthday' event, it is 'The Fans of Eripon/Eriman Unit with Muscle POWER Strategy Group Meeting to Infiltrate Gaki Risa HQ 2014' event.

Hello! Project FC News

Berryz Kobo

Berryz Kobo's profiles have been updated, so check them out!

Comments:

Where the wardrobe department FINALLY triumphed in clothing, they failed with Miyabi and Risako's hair.

MEH, we always need to make sacrifices, so why not on the two who typically seem to have Hair Faux-pars?

(Actually, Miyabi's hair looks good in the pastel clothed image, but the other one = ick)

Berryz Kobo Profile

The covers for Berryz Kobo's up-coming single Ai wa Itsumo Kimi no naka ni / Futsuu, Idol 10nen Yatteran nai desho!? have been revealed!

Comments:

Hello! Pro are really enjoying the style of 'One giant head at the front here, tiny heads in the back' for their covers, aren't they? It's like one giant floating head of terrible hair, or in this case, two giant heads.

Hello! Project Release Details

S/mileage

Nakanishi Kana's Limited-Time Twitter account has returned for a short period of time until the groups Budokan concert, but now it is a S/mileage account! Follow the group @smileage_715!

Comments:

It would have been more interesting if they had kept it solely as Kanananananana's account... ;_____;

Twitter

The DVD (and Blu-ray!) cover for S/mileage's Smile Charge concert has been revealed!

Comments:

All that effort... it simple gleams!

Then again, I'm just as lazy XD But seriously, this is a pretty nice cover. The simplicity works. Thank fuck they didn't use too much photoshop, or we'd being seeing half-assed images that would look worse than this.

So fucking majestic!

Juice=Juice

Juice=Juice have pinned an extra tour in Kobe to their up-coming concert tour!

Comments:

This calls for a FUUUUUUCCCCKKKK YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSS!!! FIST BUMP TIME!

Hello! Pro Kenshuusei

Tanabe Nanami, Inaba Manaka, Sasaki Rikako and Yoshihashi Kurumi will all appear in the up-coming CDJournal on May 20th!

Comments:

That's a whole lotta cute in one magazine, especially that Kurumi! KA-WA-II!!!

Up-Front Promotion News

Ichii Sayaka has been recruited as a new member of the grouo OFR48! Whaaaat!?

OFR48 is a bath-house themed group, and is made up of adult women.

Comments:

One way or another, Ichii Sayaka got into a 48 group, even if it wasn't the one she wanted, or one that might just not be connected to the actual AKS company... OH WELL! 8D

Up-Front Channel have started a new series for their youtube titled UP-FRONT CHANNEL Recommend! The first episode includes the Hello! Project Kenshuusei member Tanabe Nanami, and C-ute's Yajima Maimi!

Comments:

So basically it's just one giant plug for their recent singles/DVD's/goods? Greeeeat...

Also, this is so scripted, I can already see the paper in their hands of what they have to say to the camera.

Tokyo Girls Update

Up-Front will debut MUSIC+, with episodes releasing every Friday!

Comments:

Holy fuck, UFP are doing as many projects as I am... not good >____>

An official website for MUSIC+ has been opened.

PV/Song Previews

The short version of Shiina Pikarin's MV, Real Ria-ju, has finally been revealed! Watch as Pikarin shows off her obsession with otome games in this cute music video! Are you ready for the on-coming cavities?

Comments:

Okay, which Avex producer burrowed into my brain and went on a Happy Spree with my teenage addictions? Seriously, this looks like something my 13 year old self would have happily thrown up if I were given the choice to fully decorate my room.

It... it gives me cavities... O-o

THAT SAID, I love it. It kinda reflects what everyone seems to say about Pikarin; that she's a girly, hardcore fan of all things cute and Anime/Otome! I love it.

Tokyo Girls Update

...

AAAAAND THAT IS ALL FOR THIS kinda WEEK! The News, the Koha Bewbs, THE PIKARIN!!! It was short my lovelies, but DAMN, was it sweet! Hopefully this little basket of News will keep you sane for now, but until next time, please do wait patiently for another round of Idol Love and News!
