It's CHRISTMAS!!!!

Santa Avery-chan is ready to fill your stocking!!!

Once again Christmas is upon us, and I hope that this year has been a Merry and bright one for you all!

I do know, however, that the winter and Christmas time can bring up some memories of loved ones who are no longer with us, and that it can even cause more heartache than it does happiness, however please remember that, whilst sadness does linger, the memories you hold are dear, and that the happy times are still there. So, even if this time of the year can be hard to bear, know that there are those who love you around still, and that the past happy days of Christmas are still there, too!

So, whether this is a happy or a sad time, or even a mild one where little feelings are shown, please try and have a great day, keep those you love close to your heart, whether they are with you or not, and of course, smile, because even without those we are closest to, this is the time of year to think of others, and to cherish everything we have.

So please, cherish all you love and remember the good times, even if darkness surrounds you or others at this very moment. Remember; there is always light to keep you going when you most need it!

For myself, Christmas is always about being with my family, and once again this year was spent with those who make my life bright and happy. Before, however, we had all been unsure whether or not I would make it home for Christmas due to work, however I was lucky to be able to come home earlier than anticipated, and spend these days with those I love and adore.

This also happened to be the first Christmas for my youngest nephew, Loki, who had a lot of fun unwrapping presents, chewing on some cardboard, and playing with some of his brand new toys! (And his brothers, too xD) And for both Damien and Annie, the two had fun unwrapping their own gifts and having a play with them all.
 Let's just say, they were all given quite a bit, but I do have a big family full of adults mostly, so that explains why they received so much...

ANYWAYS, it's been a fun day so far, and we are all happy and content. When the food comes along later, we'll feel even better, I'm sure!

OKAY, now that that is all said and done, let's look at some IDOLS!!!

Musings & Mutterings Episode 3 ~Here It Is~

Episode 3 of Musings & Mutterings is up, and honestly, I had no plan for this Podcast what-so-ever, so I just rambled. Because that's what I seem to be good at. Rambling, and making no sense! So, there we go~

That said, I still had fun talking about Christmas, blogging and the Up-Coming New Year here, and whilst I struggled with myself a bit for what to talk about (at around 8 minutes, I almost gave up, I was being so... well, none-talky. Ahh, editing, Y'ALL SAVED ME AND THE LISTENERS!) I managed to finish it up! It's not as long as I would have liked to have been, but what can I do?

Next week, I have a sort-of-plan, mostly to do with a film I hope to see, and my sister (and possibly nephew) making an appearance...

Anyway, I hope you all enjoy this episode! It's the last Podcast of this year, and whilst I have only just started this new project of mine, I do hope that 2015 sees it to the end of the year, and to becoming more solid as a podcast series. Please, watch over this Podcast kindly in the on-coming year~

Seasons Greetings and Merry Christmas!!!

Christmas is once again upon us! So to everyone who is a part of this big Okay! Musume Time Family, I want to wish you all a Happy Holiday, and Seasons Greetings!

Ahhh, so cute~ Well, Idols aside, have you all had a wonderful Christmas this year? In general, I hope you have had a wonderful day and a great year, but on this day of the year especially, I do wish it the most. Are you healthy and safe? Remember Stranger Danger, too! All that sort of stuff, I think about it, so of course I hope you're having a good time, no matter what, even if you don't celebrate Christmas!

Just have a wonderful day! That is all I want for you guys, really.

For my own Christmas, I've had a really pleasant day. My youngest niece is not that conscious of what Christmas is and or its meaning (or the commercialism behind it) yet, however this year she got into it a lot more than she did last time! She got a lot more gifts than last year as well; we're a big family, so we have a lot of people getting/giving her things on this day, however the same applied to my baby nephew... out of everyone though, my youngest niece really did get a lot in terms of toys and clothes, but she really liked them all and she had a good time today! For us, that really was enough, because we wanted to make this Christmas special for her.

We may have succeeded... SUCCESS!!!

And looked even cuter when she started to get dressed up in one of her favourite gifts! This kids a Disney Princess fiend.

Surprisingly, I got a few gifts that I didn't expect. The socks, I knew I would get them, I asked for them - I need socks - and the journal was something my sister bought for me (from my niece) whilst I was with her when she got it ! The rest, I didn't actually expect XD For me though, my favourite part of my gifts (aside from the awesome joke gift of a metal can opener - my dad did that, I liked that XD) was that I received a calligraphy set from my parents, and the journal from my sister/niece. It made me really happy! The writer in me is doing a jig right now, I swear, because it's so lovely to receive these sorts of things! Also, they're darned purty!

Really though, I'm just thankful for my family - the gifts are bonuses I never expected, at the end of the day, but I am happy to be here with my whole family (seriously, nearly everyone in my immediate kin was at the house today... of course, there was once again no room on the table...) and it was cosy and warm. This is why I love Christmas! It brings us together <3

In a way, this has actually been a rather relaxed Christmas, even though it was exciting for my niece and also the first Christmas for my youngest nephew to celebrate! Next year will probably be a bit more hectic, I think - one of my sisters has another baby on the way (Baby Brother to my current Baby Nephew) and I think my niece will be well aware of what Christmas entails, so it may be more chaotic than expected... still, it was nice this year, though surprisingly calm and peaceful (or as calm and peaceful as a house of 10+ can get).

In all, it was fun! ^^

It's Christmas tomorrow! In some countries, it may already be that time of the year, however for myself and many others, we have one more day to go! In just a nights sleep, we will be waking up to the sound of Christmas bells and Santa's Sleigh...

Tonight, this is where the real magic begins. For on the 24th of December we begin to prepare for a wondrous day, and the joy of Christmas truly comes to life. As the children sleep with Santa in their dreams and parents putting the presents under the tree, we can only think of the happiness that will come with tomorrow's awakening. And then, when all arise for the morning and what it brings, we will see smiles and hear beautiful songs, coming together on a joyful time of the year. This is the magic of Christmas, and it is the preparation that truly brings about that happiness.

I harp on about how the Winter and Christmas season is so warm and loving, a time to be celebrated. Well sometimes, it's the opposite - sometimes the winter is as cold and bitter as how the wind feels, breaking our hearts along the way. It can't always be pleasant, but we make this time of the year a happy time, despite how we feel sometimes towards it.

Even when we're heartbroken or hurting in this period, we try to put the memories aside, though despite all the efforts, we may still feel the icy winds of a love turned sour.

With all of these memories within my heart, how can I move on from the turmoil you gave me during that snowy, blusterous love back then on that cold Winter's Eve...?

*This review has come to you rather late due to the fact that yesterday I 1) procrastinated, and 2) was very tired when I eventually did begin to write this review. Because of that, I wanted to leave it a day before serving to you all a review, one that I deemed decent enough to publish. So, with many apologies, here is a very damn late review for my [12 Days of Idols] series!

There are only a few days to go even fewer now because of procrastination but Christmas, it will be here soon! However until the 24th, it is still traditionally winter in the minds of others. So, to celebrate what winter brings us all, I wanted to look upon the beauty of the snow, one we may not see with our own human eyes...

When the bell rings out in the woods this winter, the snow drops will slowly awaken from a year long slumber to bring forth winter. Are you ready to look upon the true beauty that is the winters snow?

Christmas is nearing, Christmas is nearing! Can you hear those sleigh bells jingling? The sound of Santa-san's footsteps on the roof of your house, or the slight beating of the reindeer hooves as they gallop into the sky? What about the sounds of the Idols singing sweet Christmas tunes this year?

It's so nice hearing all of the beautiful sounds that remind me of winter and Christmas, but when it comes to songs at this time of the year, it is really hard to choose just one to like the most. That said, I am a tad greedy and enjoy many songs, however if I were to narrow it down... Well, I would compare them! Because comparing is the way forward, clearly!

And what better way to find a Christmas song I like better from a certain company, than to put them up against each other to see which one wins!? Actually, that's a great idea, because I really do like both songs! So let's try it, shall we?

Maybe it will be Mr.Snowman, or will it be a Star Shine Story? Hm, I wonder which one I will choose...?

Christmas is slowly creeping towards us, silent like a ninja, but as noticeable as a reindeer on your roof if ever you were to see one! There are only a few short days left before the bells toll on Christmas Eve to summon upon us all that one day of the year we either dread, or look forward to; CHRISTMAS! Still, it's not here yet, so until then we can relax (or panic, depending on how you prepare for this money-grabbing day of the year) and listen to some peaceful music as we await for the day itself to come.

Christmas is a sentimental time of year. For many it can bring forth happiness, sadness and nostalgia. For myself, Christmas reminds me of happy times with my family, where we all sit around a table and talk, tell really bad Christmas cracker jokes and also where we have fun and sing Christmas songs, or just plain old annoy each other! Either way, it's a fun time of the year for me in both memory and in the present, so each year I look forward to Christmas.

No matter what, it brings my family together, and that is the time where we all seem to be happiest; because we've come together and we know we all appreciate who we are, and where we come from. For that I am thankful.

So for the season of sentimentality, I thought that there would be an appropriate-sounding song to go with the tender side of the winter season, one that was less energetic and more... peaceful in its composition. For this time of the year, please Stay with me...

Christmas is the time of year where we can dress real cute. Well, we can actually dress really cute all year round, but when it comes to the Winter season we can become these fluffy bundles of cuddles that are warm, cosy and adorable to look at! Sure, it's a pain in the arse to layer up because of the cold, but we look downright adorable doing so! Think of all those fluffy hats, the stylish coats and pretty scarfs... ahhh, the Winter time is truly a year of fashion and fluffiness!

Still, when we do it wrong, we look like divs who have no clue how much fluff they're putting on, but who really cares? WINTER FLUFFINESS, it's so good! And what better way to celebrate the true cuteness of winter clothing than SKE48?

Christmas! It's a time that is not just for family and friends, but also romance! I wonder if romance will bloom for anyone over this beautiful Christmas period? If it does, then I hope that snow will fall on their beautiful date and create the perfect atmosphere, in all of its cliched glory... ahhh, if only...

That said, we don't always need to have cliche's at Christmas when it comes to romance, do we? But I suppose the cliche's in the season of spirit are what makes it so... so magical and lovable in a way. It can also make it cutesy and sickening, somewhat unbearable I suppose, but when used correctly it can make the romance of Christmas feel very warming and sweet! Still, cliche's can be annoying regardless! So, let's review a PV of cliche's and cuteness!
