[PV Selection] January 2017

I'm a little late in posting this, but honestly, when have I ever been on-schedule with whatever I do here in O!MT land? With a combination of life and a little bit of laziness, I've put my focus elsewhere, mostly in work and classes. February's proving to be a busy month, but I will try to not lot that deter me from my blogging and writing! I will work hard, and do my best! Hoi~

All excuses aside, let's begin our very first PV Selection for the year 2017! Much like the Music Selection series, this post is dedicated to the music videos I have enjoyed from Idols, artists and groups galore in the J-pop world! Everything posted is, of course, subject to what I enjoy, so if you feel I have neglected to post what you enjoy, I'm sorry, but... I probably thought it was sub-par, boring, or simply OK at best.

This is a one woman show, and if y'all don't like it... well, then that just sucks.

Hopefully there will be something here you like, of course, because this series is not only here to show off what I liked and enjoyed in terms of style, sound and look, but to also share with you all new and unique groups, or fun Music Videos you might have overlooked when searching for something to watch. If I don't succeed in getting you into at least one video here, or at least intriguing you a little, then I am a shite blogger, and my job is clearly not done. Kuso!

Also, if there is a video that you really enjoyed, and think I should watch (either again, or for the first time), just let me know, in any way you can! I may have skipped over it (I do that, too XD), or maybe I just need to give it a second watch to truly appreciate it. Who knows? If you think I should definitely watch a beloved MV of yours, don't hesitate to tell me 'Oi! Chii! Watch this PV! NOW!!" :D

And with all of that lovely stuff said and done, let's get to the main event! Are you ready for some Music and Visual happiness, or do you want to see something a little darker, or even exotic from your Idols? Let's watch on, and find out!

Houkago Princess Selection: The Top 5 PV's New (and Old!) Fans Should See!

When celebrating 5 years of Houkago Princess, I often look back to their videos, and see just how much these girls have grown, how much they improved, and how drastically the quality of their videos have changed... and believe me, people, the quality has upped itself quite a damn lot, especially when you put Oshiete Kudasai and Seishun Mermaid next to one another.

It's truly impressive, if you ask me; they started from the very bottom, and right now, they're paving their way higher up the mountain that is the Idol world. I feel so proud of them, let me tell you!

So, in my quest to deliver you all Houkago Princess posts in celebration of their 5 years upon this Earth, I will be sharing with everyone today a small collection of what I personally consider some of their best Music Videos, and hopefully, I will introduce you to some of their charms when performing in front of a camera! Are you ready?

Now, whilst I would have loved to give you a Top 10 Music Videos List, I have to admit that it'd be a bit difficult; for one, I can't seem to get Dailymotion videos to work here all the time, and secondly, I don't actually think HouPri have 10 good videos. 5, yes, but 10? That's a stretch, because whilst each year has seen their video quality rise, their videos have only truly been great since around late 2013, early 2014. So, it's a difficult thing, to pin-point 10 good music videos out of the 18 they have released (and tried to erase from youtube, actually).

Hence why I'm settling with the Top 5. It'll be a lot easier, and the videos will definitely be the higher-quality ones. Alas, that might mean you've already seen them... they'll be the most recent bunch, obviously.

Of course, what is suggested here for you to watch, and what I have ranked is completely subjective; have my tastes, as do you, so even if I found say, one video appealing, you might dislike it greatly, and find another HouPri PV that suits your tastes better. So, do take that into consideration... however, I am trying to deliver to you all what I think others would enjoy, as well as what I myself like from HouPri's small video collection.

And so, without further hesitation, let's take a look at what I might consider some of HouPri's best PV's, whether it's in look or its aesthetic! Will your favourite be presented here, or will there be something new to enjoy? Read and watch on to find out!

[A Week with Zukki] A Smile so Bright that can be Seen from Afar! [Performance Selection à la Zukki]

All thoughts are my own. Done.

*[A Week with Zukki] is a series dedicated to the and only Suzuki Kanon, to both celebrate her and to prepare for her up-coming departure from both Morning Musume and Hello! Project. Here I hope to appreciate and adore the Idol who has brought me such joy, as well as to share with you some of her best works in her time as an Idol. So in order to celebrate all that is Zukki and her wonderful smile, let's take this journey together and think of her with fondness and joy. Before she dares Graduate, let's enjoy this wonderful Idol as much possible, and smile as we do so!

When planning out this series formy last week with Suzuki Kanon, I had a good idea of what I wanted to do for it, and planned on a PV Review for my second post, much like I had done with my [A Week with Meimi] series. Thing is, I hit a giant wall of mental block when looking at earlier PV's featuring our beautiful Zukki, because let's face it; she's not shown a ton in most videos after her debut. That privilege actually went to my other MoMusu love, Eripon, so no matter what I reviewed from Zukki's first two years in H!P, I wouldn't get a lot of imagery that included her.

So, because of that giant road block that caused a spanner in the works for my series, I've decided to focus on three PV's from her last two or so years in MM later on in the series, and for today focus on some of my favourite performances from our dear Zukki instead of the PV Review I had hoped to write.

Also, I would like to apologise for the delay with this post, however I headed home today, so had to pack and sort things out the night before, rather than writing up this post. It is what it is, I suppose.

So, without further ado, let's take a look at some of my favourite performances from our darling Zukki, and enjoy this girl as a performer, an Idol, and of course the wonderful singer that she is!

[A Week with Meimi] Stand Up, Vampire! We Can't See You in the Sunlight! 'Tachigaaru' Rewind PV Review!

All thoughts and opinions within this post will be my own, and no one else's. I do not expect people to agree with me, nor do I expect them to think similar to me. All I hope is that, through this post, you understand my thoughts and feelings on the song, video and group, and to leave with no hard feelings. If you feel strongly about something, and are easily offended by another persons opinions, then please do click away, otherwise enjoy, and I will see you at the end of the post!

*Regarding the [Week with...] series: When the time arises, I will dedicate myself to a week of posts where I write and talk about specific members or groups who are Graduating, and for this series, I will be spending my time talking about and appreciating Tamura Meimi of both S/mileage and ANGERME as her Graduation comes ever closer. The intention behind such a series is to focus on Meimi as an Idol and member, and to go through her growth as a performer. I watch as she evolves, and come to appreciate who she is by the end of it. Hopefully, you will take this journey with me, and see Tamura Meimi: The Idol, the Performer, the essence of a smile. Thank you.

I have not done one of these in a good while... for a damn year and 5 months, to be specific. WOOOO-W. I feel so out of practice!

So, a better time than never to get back into the swing of things! Let's GO!

Way, waaaay back when in good ol' 2011 when I was still new to blogging and very much an opinionator (Read: not a word), I reviewed the newly released Tachiagaaru, S/mileage's first music video to feature the up-and-coming second generation, as well as the first to lack the presence of the amazing Ogawa Saki, my beloved of what was once a perfect S/mileage.

2011 me hated this song. 2011 me hated this video. 2011 me was really fucking bitter because Ogawa Saki's graduation was ripped away from her, as was all decency because she wanted to jump ship. 2011 me was not a happy camper. Luckily, 2016 me has grown the fuck up, and 2016 me has actually changed her mind a little about some things regarding the song and video.

So, after five long years of ignoring what I once hated, I've returned to it, all for the sake of Tamura Meimi's impending Graduation day. For one week I will look back at PV's, potentially look at songs, and basically think of and write about the Tamura Meimi of S/mileage and ANGERME. She is my focus, she is my muse, and god-damnit, we will find her in this damn PV! So, to start things off, let's take a trip back in time and find Meimi, the Littlest Vampire and the happiest of them all!

Beginning from the starting point of her Idol career, it's Tachiagaaru! Stand up, Tamura Meimi! We want to see you!!!

So, You Want to be an Idol Blogger? An Introduction to Idol Blogging: Part 3 (Content & Promotion)

You can find parts 1 and 2 of this Idol Blogging Introduction series HERE and HERE!

When it comes to the Idols that we love, there is no denying that we gather our information and insight into these wonderful performers through an abundant selection of Idol Blogs. Whether you read them for News, Picture Scans, Video Uploads, Ranking Posts, Reviews or more, there is always going to be something out there to cater to you, old or new! But wait! What about writing these Idol Blogs? Sure, it's fun and all to read them, but creating and writing your own posts is just amazing, too!

Here, I hope to share with you all just why you should be an Idol Blogger, and how to help you with post ideas that you may want to write for yourself one day. So, if you're ready to get started, grab a pen and paper, or your own computer, and let's start writing our posts out and make them a reality!

Throughout this small series of Blogging-themed posts, I hope to introduce you all to the key starting points of blogging, all in the hopes of inspiring future bloggers to the wonders of Idols and writing online. Written here is my very own experience in my five years of Idol Blogging, of which I want to pass on to others who have asked what it is like to be a Blogger, and what they can do to get noticed in this ever-expanding platform that is the online world.
If I can help only just a little bit, then that is all I can ask for!

I am no expert, nor do I feel like I am capable of giving good advice, however as long as I can share my insight and let you know from my own experience what I know, then I will of course help you as best I can. Throughout this series, I hope that I can show you all the joys of writing, whilst also helping to bring forth new writers for Idols and music in general! Let's write what we love, and share it with the world! Thank you~

So, You Want to be an Idol Blogger? An Introduction to Idol Blogging: Part 2 (Design and Layout)

After sitting in limbo since July 2015, I have finally typed out and finished 'An Introduction to Idol Blogging: Part 2'! Hopefully you will all enjoy~

You can find Part 1 of this Introduction to Blogging Series HERE! Part 3 is also available HERE!

When you begin your journey as an Idol Blogger, there are a lot of things to take into consideration when creating and shaping your blog. From platforms to the content that you will eventually publish, there is a lot that goes into being a blogger, no matter what the topic you happen to write about. With Idol Bloggers, it's more about what Idols we would like to promote, and how we would like to present these Idols to potential readers and future fans. How to start out this journey, though?

We all have to begin somewhere within this community, and though blogging will take a lot of time, dedication, sweat and tears, it will all be worthwhile in the long run as you slowly build up your online profile, readership and dedicated followers. It does not all come at once, I am sorry to say, but if you stick it out long enough, you will see that all of your hard work and effort has become something amazing, and that you are noticed for what you are doing.

In this small series, I hope to introduce to beginner and potential writers advice regarding the ins and outs of Idol blogging, and to give them a step up in this ever-expanding community so that we can pave the way for the future Idol Bloggers of today. What I write here is knowledge from my own experience as a blogger of five years, as well as a desire to help out new and enthusiastic bloggers who may not know where to start in this world of Idols and writing. If I can help only a little bit, then I have done my job.

By no means am I an expert in the field of blogging or Idols, nor am I the sort of person who feels they can offer great advice, however what I can give is my insight and experience with blogging, and try to help others as much as I can. With this, I hope to show the joys of writing about Idols, and to bring even more bloggers to the realm of Idols, so that we can all share our passion together! If this is the post for you, then please, read on and enjoy!

So, You Want to be an Idol Blogger? An Introduction to Idol Blogging: Part 1 (Starting Your Blog)

You can find Part 2 HERE and Part 3 HERE. Thank you.

This post was originally created and written in July of 2015. It never made it to publication, despite being completed, due to Part 2 sitting in a state of unfinished limbo. Now, however, I will present to you a piece I have been excited about for a while now. Please, enjoy.

The Idol community is an ever-changing platform that will always bring in new fans and see old ones depart to new pastures overtime. For over five years now I have watched the community change along with my own fandom and desires, experienced fans who will come and go along with the changes in the Universe of the Idols. Sometimes, these fans move on to new groups, or maybe even leave this realm altogether. Not everyone stays here forever, you find.
It's a community that, though sometimes difficult to be a part of, is one I love and adore, a passion that I am happy to share with others in a variety of ways. My favourite way to share my crazed love for Idols is here, on my blog. For many others, they also enjoy sharing what they love on their own blogs, youtube accounts or tumblr's - it depends on the fan and how you wish to show off your love and dedication to the group you have formed a bond with. Everyone is different.

Recently in the community of Idols, I have seen a sudden surge of interest in Idol Blogging come forth from a few of my friends and fellow Idol lovers, and surprisingly, some have even asked for my advice on starting a blog and how to go about it, asking for feedback and wanting to improve on their writing and content that they create. I try to help as much as I can, but honestly, I am no expert in this field - it's just something I love to do, a passion that is fueled from my love of Idols and Writing, however I do want to help people as much as I can if they have an interest in this field and want to pursue it as a pastime.

So, because of this surge of interest in Idol Blogging, I have decided to create a small series of posts that will, hopefully, introduce you all to Idol Blogging and try, as much as I can, to help others get into it, as well as to see the benefits of being an Idol Blogger and Lover.
Even though I haven't done this as long as others have, I do hope that what I provide you all with will help you all to kick-start your own blogs and to become writers of the Idol Fandom many will follow!

So, with all said and done, I think that it is about time to start this post and introduce you all to the charms of Idol Blogging! Are you ready to go? Let's START!

Musings & Mutterings Episode 7: Where Sleepy Chiima Chitters On

This weeks episode of my Podcast series can be found HERE. Listen to it if you wish~

Despite not having slept since yesterday (pulling all nighters once again; such a great example...) I remembered that today was Podcast day, otherwise, I miss my two-week deadline I have set for myself. Amazingly, I feel like this podcast is really animated (as animated as speech can be) and one of my more confident ones. I suppose it takes bringing Zombie Chiima out to make the podcast lively, huh?

For Episode 7 though, I decided to keep things light-hearted and nice - last weeks episode was not the easiest of topics, so I wanted to make sure that today, this podcast would be a little fun. That said, I do bring up the topic of panic attacks briefly; when I talk about my week, I like to do so in full, and I even try to give some advice! Wow.
I still feel like I am not qualified to give advice, but it was nice to give it. So there. xD

Honestly though, for these past two weeks, it does feel like I have been busy one way or another, and it does feel like my world has collided with Idols, once again. I sometimes feel distant, like my personal life and my world of Idols are very separate, so this week or so has felt like they are more-or-less together and ramming into each other, which, in a way, is nice; I haven't felt like my personal life and Idol world have come together much lately, so now that it has, it feels great to me. Hence the title of my podcast, once you see it.

This was a really fun podcast to record actually, and one of the easiest to do as well. I had a lot to say this week and very little editing actually occurred here - I didn't do a lot of pausing, which I usually do, so I feel like this is a successful podcast today! Even if people don't like it, the fact that it went so smoothly for me makes it feel successful. So, yeah. Don't like it? Chiima dun' care! All that matters is that the ease of it all has made me feel proud of myself, somehow. How vain! xD

Seriously though, the past two weeks have been fun, but a bit of a roller-coaster ride to. There is lots to look forward to though, and I honestly hope that the next two weeks are just as good, because hey! It's nice to have stuff to talk about, right?

Also, if you have any topics you would like me to touch upon, please let me know. Otherwise, I will find something to ramble about anyways xD

Until next time~

Musings & Mutterings Episode 6: Updates & Bullying

This weeks Episode for my Podcast can be found HERE, so if you wish to listen to it, please do.

For Musings & Mutterings this week, I undertake a more serious topic that is very familiar to myself. I start off with my usual, updates and Idol news and such, however the second half goes into the heavier topic that is Bullying, and as usual, I make little to no sense, though somehow I managed to get through it.

Whether you can hear it or not, towards the end, I was almost crying. Almost. It's not a light topic, nor one to be taken lightly, so I apologise if I didn't do well with this podcast - finding the words and phrasing everything was pretty difficult, especially when trying to give advice, because I don't think I am the sort of person who should even give out advice. Still. I tried.

I did neglect to say that, with Bullying, do NOT take action yourself against the bully, physically or verbally - that could result in you becoming a bully yourself. I've experienced that, and it is not good, so just try and get as much help as you can. Do NOT keep quiet, please. I've realised that keeping quiet means you suffer as a result, and telling others helped me a lot, because I knew I had someone on my side.

This was a more serious Podcast, and it was hard to talk about at points, but I am glad I made it. Please spread the awareness of Bullying and spread the word about getting help. The more help, the better.

If you have a Topic Suggestion for the next Podcast, please let me know! Having a Topic means I have some more structure to my Podcast, and gives me something to talk about, so don't be afraid to suggest something! Thank you.

Until next time, and again, thank you.

Musings & Mutterings Episode 5: This is Where I Rant

Y'all can listen to this weeks podcast HERE! Have fun!

And this is where I rant, and my god-damn opinion really comes into play. Don't y'all hate it when I open my mouth and voice an opinion? XD

This weeks episode has a little bit about what I did for the past week (I bet that was boring~) and then, when it comes to the Idols, I start ranting about Country Girls and their up-coming Major debut... because it fucking aggravates me, and I wanted to show my annoyance via podcast. Hopefully, that part is more enjoyable than my intro into the podcast! But yeah, I get annoyed, voice said annoyance, and ramble and rant and all that jazz... I am not sorry!

I had fun ranting XD

It was a fun episode to create, though I was um-ing and ah-ing a lot, as usual! Still, it's difficult to come up with something on the spot! I need to really give myself weekly themes or challenges and topics, or something! Give me a hint, guys! What do YOU want me to talk about? Remember, I want this to be a pretty broad podcast in terms of topics... so, not just Idols, but life and such as well! Whaddaya think?

Anywhoo, this is Episode 5, and I need to go and do... something. I hope you enjoyed!

Until my next Musings & Mutterings update, take care and be good!

<3

Much Love,
Chiima~

Musings & Mutterings #4: Let's Talk Some More~

You can listen to the latest episode of my Podcast series HERE!!!

I am sorry that Episode 4 is, er, a week late! I actually explain in the episode why I didn't update last week, but in short; I went back to University, and I was also ill. So, yeah, that's what happened! That said, I also didn't have much to talk about last week, so... yeah! Still, I wish I hadn't missed on last weeks episode! Good thing I said this series may just be bi-weekly, right!?

Anyway, aside from talking about being a bit ill, I also talk about a film I recently went to see, and also gave my scattered thoughts on it (without spoiling the plot, thank goodness!) as well as talk about film in general and what I look for in film that appeals to me as a viewer, as well as some talk on the newest H!P Unit reveal! Because, seriously, how can one NOT talk about that? T'is big news, baby!

I have fun making the gradients for my little thumbs for Musings & Mutterings! SO PRETTEH!

Hopefully for this week, you will all enjoy what I say! If you have any ideas for topics, lemme know, I am open to topics to chitter chatter about! It can be Idols, Life, Experiences, Advice... anything! OH GOSH, LET'S MAKE A CORNER! Like 'Chiima's Chitter Corner' or some bull like that, where I say something like advice or stuff like what I was like in school, or my experiences in work/school or whatever... STUFF. LIKE. THAT! Whaddaya say!?

Or you could have a 'Chiima, try an accent' thing, or 'Chiima explains slang' or whatever XD LET'S HAVE FUN and LET'S GET A CORNER! Cause you guys may be intrigued by it, YES!?

YES!

LET'S GO!!!! I'M PUMPED FOR THIS PODCAST SERIES, AND I LOVE YA!

Until next time~
Hyper Chiima, AWAY!

[A Week with Sayu] A Final Merci with Sayu's Shaba-Daba-Toodle-oo! - 'Shaba Daba Do~' PV Review!

All thoughts and opinions within this post are my own completely and no one else's. You do not have to agree with me, nor do you have to even read this post, but please respect what I have to say; no two opinions are ever alike! I will respect what you believe as long as you respect what I have to say. Thank you!

*About this Series: [A Week with Sayu] is a week-long series dedicated to Michishige Sayumi on her impending graduation from the group Morning Musume. The intention with this series is to focus on Sayumi as an Idol, personality and member of the group she loves dearly, allowing for me to take a closer look at how she has grown as an Idol since her debut up until her graduation. To do this I will be looking at both past and present forms of work that she has done in her 11 year career, some I have previously loved and some I may have ignored. By the end of this series, I hope to have had a better look at Sayumi as well as seen how she has evolved and progressed as the Idol we know today called Michishige Sayumi. Thank you.

11 years, 38+ singles, 11 solo photobooks and the longest tenure in Morning Musume to date, we have finally come to the end of an era; Michishige Sayumi is about to graduate, reaching her final destination as an Idol with her last single, the final goodbye. With her career coming to a close all too soon, I will take a look at her final PV as a member of Morning Musume '14 and the last solo song that she will have sung as a part of a group that she joined all those years ago, wanting to become a part of something she dearly loved with all of her heart. Now she is leaving it, a group she has helped to grow since becoming a leader, a group that she still dearly loves even today.

From a young girl who debuted in Shabondama with no experience to a young woman who has become a true Idol in Shaba Daba Do~, this is the final song and dance of Michishige Sayumi, Morning Musume's cutest Idol! Her last hurrah, will it do her justice?

[A Week with Sayu] Platinum Sayumi - A Voice Unheard, A Presence Made Known

With this post I will be taking a look at Michishige Sayumi as a personality and what she brought to a certain era in time as a member of Morning Musume. You do not have to agree with what is said, nor do you have to believe what is written here; this is purely speculation on my part and also theory. I can be very wrong, or I can be a little bit right. Either way, take this post as you will, but remember that my opinion is my own. Thank you.

When looking back on Michishige Sayumi and her 11 year career within Morning Musume, I can't help but notice that, unlike Tanaka Reina, there is one giant gap where Sayu does literally nothing of note because she is just... there.

Hello, Platinum Era.

[A Week with Sayu] Sayu ~Kokoro no Busu ni Naranee!~ - Otome Gumi's 'Yuujou ~Kokoro no Busu ni Naranee!~' PV Review!

Regarding thoughts and opinions, and all of that other drab stuff, within this post are those of my own and mine alone. If you don't agree with me, then good for you! I'd rather you have your own opinion than take mine and allow it to warp your mind. FREEDOM TO THE BRAIN!!!

*The Overview/Review that you will read is a post created with Michishige Sayumi in mind, as opposed to other members featured in the video that I will be looking at. Whilst I will try to point out other small factors of what has been watched, please do keep in mind that main focus is Sayumi and Sayumi alone. Thank you.

*About this Series: I originally debuted this series in 2013, with the impending graduation of Tanaka Reina at the time as my inspiration. My intention with this serious is very much written in the same vein, with Sayumi as a focus in various PV's so that I can take a closer look at how she has grown as an Idol from way back when up until this point in time. With this in mind, I will be looking at past and present works featuring Sayumi that I may have ignored, never known about or loved before now. I do hope that for this series, there will be a mixture that will allow me to see the progress of Sayumi as an Idol.

Okay, so it's time for Part 2 in this mini-series titled [A Week with Sayu], and thankfully the video for this one was easier to find than the Do it! NOW best shot was, so for that I am rather thankful! I actually wanted to talk about this PV as a point of Sayu's career when I thought about returning to this kind of series because I felt that, for her early days in Morning Musume especially, this is one of those songs that held a bit more focus on Michishige Sayumi and her singing, whilst in most of the main-group songs she was drowned out and given smaller lines in favour of the bigger names, the girls that they clearly did want to push Reina, Miki, Ai-butt, and so I decided that today I would take a look at another 2004 song (though I think the Do it! NOW best shot was done in 2003. Dem hairstyles.), one where I knew her presence was pretty strong.

Bring on the Otome, if you dare!!!

[A Week with Sayu] Emote! NOW - Morning Musume's Best Shot Vol. 1 'Do it! NOW' PV Review

All thoughts and opinions within this post are completely my own. You do not have to agree with me, I do not expect that of anyone, so disagree with me if you please, just don't be a snarky arse in the comments and act self-righteous. Ta.

It has been a while, and I apologise. I won't go into full explanation mode because 1) that would be boring and 2) this is not the time or place for that, so for now just accept the apology given if you wish, and we shall begin~

The End of the World as we know it is drawing near, dears, or at least for a good chunk of the fandom that we are a part of. Why is that, you ask? Well, because a certain someone, a leader of a group I rather enjoy, is graduating, and given her popularity within said fandom, it does somewhat feel like the world is ending, though that won't be the case.

Well, I hope it won't. The most I expect is a lot of crying (even on my part) and some posts on Facebook. Oh and praise for her. Lots and lots of praise, all from her h8rs... praising that she's left, that is. The latter, I know will happen. DON'T DENY IT!!!

Anyway, when I realised that Dooms Day was pretty much smacking itself in my face, I knew what I had to do - in fact, I planned to do this about two months ago, but never got around to writing any of it due to the issues of settling into University and then assignments throwing themselves at me, so alas I waited until days before - and so, I have returned to write for Chayu/Sayu, whatever you may call her, with a week of Appreciation. I am excited, it has to be said! What else can you expect from a blogger who has not blogged for so long?

So yes, I'm back to doing [A Week with...], much like I did for Winky last year (holy cow, it's been that long!?) but this time, it's SAYU!!! And seriously, why not do this? I enjoyed it thoroughly with Winky last year, it allowed me to appreciate her a lot more actually, so I'm going to do it with Sayu as well! I have a few things in mind review-wise, but honestly, it was hard to find a starting point for this series, because I've done Shabondama already, right? Seriously, what can I do?
